Property management was quick to address and found new batteries in the owners closet. If you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs in case the garbage truck arrives across the street before dawn. Roof Top Pool was great, and so was the service. One drawback...the music from the Big Drag Brunch on Sunday at Tryst was louder than the music at our pool. They should tone it down a bit. Walk to everything you could possibly want, one block off the beach, near all the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars. It was a girls trips, and we felt completely safe even on our own walking around or going out by ourselves everywhere, but especially appreciated the 24 front desk attendants in the hotel lobby at night. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us, and had everything we needed. We loved that we had black out curtains and it included the washer and dryer. We could see the ocean from our super cute balcony where we sat each morning, but nothing comes close to this rooftop pool !!!!! Unbelievable !!!! Looks exactly like the pictures. The rooftop infinity pool is magnificent. The apartment itself is roomy with good views. Surprisingly not noisy because it is a block away from the clubs, yet very close to get to everything quickly. We love the property at usual but loved the unit as well. The main bedroom completely separated by a full wall was a great addition compared to the other units we have stayed in. The unit was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. We are already looking at coming back in April or May. We had to move our dates several times due to extenuating circumstances and had to extend our stay due to airline cancelation and the host was phenomenal with communication. Great stay overall. Pre check-in communication was on-point, with all the details covered from the airport all the way to the front door. The condo itself, was beautiful and well-kept, with remarkably nice furnishings and decor. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Everything was only a short walk away; restaurants, bars, the malecon-boardwalk, and the waterfront. The rooftop pool, where we spent much of our time, was absolutely amazing, as was the friendliness and hospitality from everyone we encountered! Would highly recommend!! ##### Richard L. It is right downtown, so everything is very close. The apartment is modern and well cared for, with everything you might need. The rooftop deck is killer good. We selected this condo for the second part of our honeymoon. When I say this place was immaculate it was spotless when we checked it. It is right in the middle of town close to everything bars, restaurants, beach clubs, water taxi… you name it it’s centrally located. The condo is very modern yet still has a cozy feel. It was stocked with everything we needed. Extra towels, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen (which we received a bottle of wine to celebrate…. Thanks again) full size washer and dryer… both TV’s had a fire stick already set up (we usually bring our on just incase. But, we didn’t need it this trip) you name it this condo has it. The wifi in the condo is some of the best I’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. Setting up the August lock on our phones to lock and unlock the door was very useful. Upstairs is the pool and lounge area. It does fill up quickly. But, we never had a problem getting a chair and it never felt crowded. The bartenders took very good care of us (cash only fyi. ) The balcony views are beautiful even from the third floor. I don’t think there’s a balcony in the building that has a bad view. 100% one of the best places that we have stayed at in Puerto Vallarta. We never needed to contact the property manager. But, both Surge and the PM checked on us during our stay which we appreciated. Already looking to book again for the fall. Don’t hesitate just book it. It’ll be gone tomorrow I promise. ##### Eric N. Everything was amazing! The condo was beautiful, check in process very smooth even with us landing late because our flight was delayed, communication was great they even helped with getting birthday balloons in the room. The condo was very clean. Everything is walking distance so the only time we needed a cab was to get to the airport which front desk helped us with and it took less than 5 mins. This property has the best pool in Puerto Vallarta! breath taking views, amazing bartenders, Manuel and Carlos .
