Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. The rooftop pool is great, and having the pool bar for an afternoon drink while hanging out was a highlight. The condo was clean and modern. It was easy to communicate with the host and housekeeping everyday was a nice touch. I will say, you can hear everything and everyone coming and going, and some people do come rolling in at 2am. And, we were having a great time until the Property manager accused us of staining the floor reom a bathing suit that dripped on the floor. There was nothing there so we got into a big fight. I have photos to prove it. then I had to point out to them that the washing machine did not work, the front door lock was broken and they misrepresented their balcony which is open to the interior of the building not to the exterior.
