Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym. The apartment itself is tiny but comfortable, and we were seldom there anyway : ) Perfectly situated close to Los Muertos and nightlife, it was an easy stay for a long weekend. Allll that said the price was pretty high compared to other places but I wanted that rooftop, and it was worth it in the end.
