The Neighborhood:  
Are you looking to relax right on the beach, while being close to Vallarta's best dining options? The Hotel Zone is right for you. Located just north of Old Town, the Hotel Zone has beautiful beaches and safe condominiums to enjoy, while also being close to the most trendy restaurants in Vallarta and centrally located between the Marina and Old Town. Grocery shopping and the trendy Isla shopping center is close by, in addition to being close to the departure of most tours in the Marina district.  
  
Getting Around:  
Just a 10-minute drive to the airport and a short walk to the beach, this area is the perfect choice; and for longer trips you can easily take a ride through Uber or other ride hailing apps.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The building is currently under construction, so noise may be present during the day. The opening date of the rooftop has not been determined yet, but there is a pool area on the ground floor.  
  
  
For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..  
1\. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.  
  
3\. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.  
  
4\. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.  
  
5\. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.  
  
6\. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.  
  
7\. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.  
  
8\. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.  
  
9\. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.  
  
10\. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
