The building is currently under construction, so noise may be present during the day. Please note that there is a $50 USD fee for the replacement of a lost access card.

6\. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. 7\. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
