\-Prime location near the Malecón, bars, and restaurants, just 10 mins from the airport.   
\-Optional day pass with food/drinks available.   
\-Early luggage drop-off from 12 pm for $60 MXN; access to facilities not granted until 3 pm.   
\-Child rates apply for ages 3–12; ages 13+ charged as adults.  
  
This cozy condominium is designed to provide you with comfort and tranquility.  
  
• Bedrooms: Two double beds facing a Smart TV and a sofa bed in the living room.  
• Features Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee make.  
• Bathroom: Full with amenities, hot and cold water.  
• Living Room: Comfortable sofa facing the balcony, blackout curtains, and a coffee table.  
• Balcony: Equipped with two chairs and a table for enjoying a morning coffee. Due to its location, it does not have an ocean view.  
  
Included Services:  
• Use of the pool, lounge chairs, pool towels, and direct beach access from the property (Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm).  
• Easy beach access from the main lobby.  
• Free parking for one vehicle.  
• High-speed internet (wired and Wi-Fi).  
  
An additional intermediate cleaning fee of $30 USD is payable at reception.  
  
Ideal Location:  
The condominium is next to "La Isla," an exclusive plaza with high-end restaurants such as Campomar, La Dolce, La Vaca Argentina, and Porfirio's, as well as affordable options like a VIP Cinema. You'll also find nearby supermarkets such as Walmart, Chedraui, and Costco.  
Just minutes from the vibrant Versalles neighborhood and just 10 minutes from the airport, Marina Vallarta, and the Malecón.  
  
Conditions:  
During check-in, you will receive a bracelet to identify you as a user of the hotel facilities: pool, lounge chairs, towels, and showers.  
MAXIMUM 4 bracelets for adults and 2 for children (ages 3-12).  
  
• Use of the pool, lounge chairs, pool towels, and direct access to the beach is permitted (Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm).  
  
• FULL-DAY PASS food and beverages (optional): Check with your host for special promotions  
  
In the lobby, you’ll find gift shops, mini convenience stores, and an ATM, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.  
  
The following rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests, and to promote a respectful and pleasant stay. We highly value tranquility and respect for everyone’s space.  
  
1\. Reservation Information:  
Before your arrival, please read all the information related to your reservation in the listing description, including house rules, check-in instructions, and more.  
  
2\. Schedules:  
  
Check-in: 3:00 PM  
  
Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)  
  
Lobby hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM  
  
Host availability: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM  
  
Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM  
  
Beach access: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (or until sunset)  
  
3\. Communication:  
All communication must be done exclusively through the platform's direct messaging. This channel is intended only for administrative matters, booking changes, or reservation-related questions. Messages are addressed in the order they are received.  
  
4\. Services and Amenities:  
  
The condo rental includes access to the pool, lounge chairs, and pool towels.  
  
Direct beach access is available during the designated hours.  
  
A maximum of 4 adult wristbands and 2 child wristbands (ages 3 to 12) will be provided for use of the pool and lounge chairs.  
  
Additional wristbands are available at an extra cost.  
  
Please note: this stay includes two independent properties — the condo where you are staying, and the resort complex that provides access to the pool and lounge chairs. You must respect the rules and schedules of both locations.  
  
5\. Food and Beverage Restrictions:  
  
The hotel does NOT allow outside food, beverages, or coolers in common areas.  
  
Optional: You may purchase a Day Pass to access the hotel’s bars and restaurants. The Day Pass is personal and non-transferable and must be purchased for each guest listed in the reservation. Please ask your host for current promotions.  
  
Note: Payments in cash or by card are not accepted in the hotel’s common areas.  
  
6\. Lounge Chairs and Access:  
  
Reserving lounge chairs is not permitted.  
  
Check-in: Begins at 3:00 PM in the Lobby. Security guards are instructed not to allow entry before this time.  
  
Early Check-in (optional): Available for an additional fee. Includes access to the Buffet Breakfast for all guests and access to the pool until your room is ready. Only available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Ask your host for current promotions.  
  
Late Check-out: Not available. Rooms are cleaned between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and new guests are not received during this period. If you need to arrive earlier, consider the Early Check-in option.  
  
7\. Lost Keys or Wristbands:  
Losing keys, wristbands, or any inventory items will incur a replacement fee. Please ensure all items are returned at check-out to avoid extra charges.  
  
8\. Important Information on Special Needs:  
If any guest in your group has special conditions or needs, please notify us at check-in so we can ensure their comfort and well-being during the stay.  
  
9\. Rule Compliance:
