Welcome to our charming penthouse located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, just a block away from the picturesque Los Muertos beach. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of this lively neighborhood, filled with an array of restaurants, clubs, LGBTQ hotspots, and the iconic Malecón. Situated on the fifth floor of a boutique condo building, this penthouse offers breathtaking views, a bright and airy ambiance, and two private bedrooms for your comfort.  
  
Despite its proximity to the bustling Olas Altas area, our penthouse is nestled away on a tranquil callejón (alley), providing you with a peaceful retreat. The unit boasts two covered outdoor terraces where you can unwind and take in the surroundings. The terracotta-covered terrace invites you to dine and lounge outdoors, while the wrap-around balcony offers a serene connection with nature. The large picture windows showcase dramatic views, allowing natural light to fill the space.  
  
Inside, you'll find a cozy and luxurious environment. The two bedrooms feature comfortable bedding, including a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, adorned with 100% Turkish organic cotton sheets and towels. Whether you choose to relax indoors or bask in the outdoors, this home offers a tranquil escape just steps away from the Malecón, shops, and restaurants.  
  
During your stay, you'll have full access to this private home, complete with high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a designated workspace, and a spacious dining and living room. Additionally, you can enjoy the shared rooftop area, furnished with lounge chairs and a refreshing pool.  
  
Please note that this serene fifth-floor penthouse can be accessed via stairs, as there is no elevator available. However, the beautiful walk through the garden with captivating views at each landing makes the climb worthwhile. If you require any assistance with deliveries or carrying items, we are more than happy to arrange it for a small fee.
