This cozy condominium is designed to provide you with comfort and tranquility.  
  
• Bedrooms: Two double beds facing a Smart TV and a sofa bed in the living room.  
• Equipped only with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.  
• Bathroom: Full with amenities, hot and cold water.  
• Living room: Comfortable sofa bed facing the balcony, blackout curtains, and a coffee table.  
• Balcony: Equipped with two chairs and a table to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the ocean.

• Use of the pool, lounge chairs, pool towels, and direct beach access directly from the property (Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm).

Ideal Location:  
The condominium is next to "La Isla," an exclusive plaza with high-end restaurants such as Campomar, La Dolce, La Vaca Argentina, and Porfirio's, as well as affordable options such as a VIP Cinema. You will also find nearby supermarkets such as Walmart, Chedraui, and Costco.  
Just minutes from the vibrant Versalles area and only 10 minutes from the airport, Marina Vallarta, and the Malecón.  
  
Conditions:  
During check-in, you will be issued a bracelet to identify you as a user of the hotel facilities (pool, lounge chairs, towels, and showers).  
• All-Inclusive Pass (optional): $82 USD per adult / $50 USD per child (3-12 years old). Ask your host about special promotions or seasonal discounts.  
  
In the lobby, you will find gift shops, convenience stores, and an ATM, so you won't want for anything during your stay.  
  
ADDITIONAL RULES  
Access to the beach, pool, lounge chairs (available on a first-come, first-served basis), pool towels provided in the hotel area, and beach showers is provided within the hotel facilities.  
  
For this reason, you will be issued an access bracelet, excluding food and beverages.  
  
At check-in, you must present a card and ID to have the bracelets applied.  
  
A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued per unit, exclusively to guests over the age of 3.  
  
A waiver of responsibility and acceptance of the condominium and hotel rules will also be required during the check-in process.
