The couches in the living room are too high, too deep and too hard. The T.V. was cracked and non functional. It was almost impossible to stay on the balcony through the afternoon due to the absence of umbrella. We requested one many times but it never came. The towels need to be renewed. Nevertheless the place is spacious, clean and wonderfully located on the Malecon near good restaurants amd a very good bakery. ##### Michel B. Right on the Malecon, right on the beach, right downtown. Amazing pool area, great building security, excellent restaurants everywhere. The condo itself could use some minor upgrades (kitchen & bathrooms are starting to look run down). The bedrooms each have their own A/C unit so sleeping is great but the main "living" areas do not so the condo stayed hot. ##### Donna S. We never used the A/C since the ocean breeze kept the place naturally cool, and we spent a lot of time both day and night on the deck looking out at the view and watching the people on the beach below. The building staff was friendly and attentive, the rooftop pool was never crowded and everything was well maintained. Beds were comfortable, there is AC and fans in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living spaces. The balcony was large and with an amazing view of the busy beach life. Some noice all night long on the beach buy we stayed during spring break holiday. It got quieter as the holiday ended. Kitchen was well stocked.
