The 24 hour concierge is unresponsive and very unhelpful. We went six of our seven days without TV because they would not respond and or come up and fix the remote. There is no laundry in the unit and it is very difficult to get a key. If someone is using it, you cannot use it. The Wi-Fi barely works and doesn’t work very well at all in the bedroom.

The check-in process was poor, and we never did meet our host in person. It was a very distant process by the host. The front desk staff at the condos were helpful except for one man, who was very rude to my wife. You could tell that he did not like Americans and was racially motivated to be rude to us. He kind of ruined our stay at this property.

#### Very central nice condo

The building is really nice - secure, the right amount of Mexican charm, nice rooftop pool and very central. The reason this is 4 rather than 5 is that we felt the kitchen could have been more well stocked in terms of things like basic condiments (dish detergent, sugar, pepper, etc) and the airport transport did not show up. The latter is not specific to the condo but it is the same agency.

#### Fantastic Condo

This condo was spacious and clean and in the center of the Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone. It has a great outside patio that overlooks a wonderful park. We had everything we needed within a very short walk including great restaurants. We will stay here again when we visit Puerto Vallarta!
