 Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. #### Lovely apartment w/ beautiful pool

We had a great time staying here! The property is new, well furnished, and clean. The beds were comfortable which is important for me and the bathrooms had good water pressure. In terms of little details, the owner was very easy to communicate with, they had two very large jugs of water for us to drink during our stay, there was a smart TV to watch/Airplay music, A/C that worked well, a patio to enjoy the warm weather, etc. Plus… the pool was amazing. The views were incredible and it was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach and before going out for the night. Note that while it’s easy to walk to the bars and beaches in \~15 mins (we did every day), the last block is quite a bit uphill. This wasn’t a problem for us at all, but take note in case that’s a concern for you. We’d definitely stay here again!

#### Fabulous experience!

My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was the perfect fit for us due to its beautiful design and natural finishes (that I appreciate deeply), well equipped kitchen, nature and city views, and comfortable king bed (plus a really nice shower with great water pressure). We didn't mind the steep climb (choose between cobblestone or rustic stairs), and then stairs to the building's entrance, but some might. For us it just added to our goal of getting a lot of movement, but it may not be feasible other guests who are exploring on foot. In addition to the perfect private condo, we thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater rooftop pool with sweeping views. The management group, PRVPV, was also attentive and easy to work with.
