CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Construction Notice
Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.

Excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a lovely quiet balcony. Very peaceful yet so close and walkable to the romantic zone. Great location. Nice rooftop pool with an awesome view. Great value and wonderful communication from the property manager. Also come with a 5 gallon jug of filtered water that they will replace as often as needed. Makes not having to deal with carrying water back and forth a pleasure. I highly recommend.

I would like to share my experience with this apartment, as it may be relevant to your selection process.At first glance, the price suggests a high-end, premium property, and the photos accurately represent the unit. The location is approximately 400 meters from the beachfront, and as indicated on the VRBO listing, there is a fairly steep slope for the final 200 meters leading to the building (roughly 100 meters of vertical gain). This was not an issue for us and was clearly disclosed.However, several significant problems occurred during our stay.Upon arrival around 6:00 p.m., after a long international travel day, my family and I were required to wait approximately 45 minutes for the check-in agent to arrive. The owner was aware of our landing time, and I notified him of our location immediately upon landing, giving more than one hour of notice. This delay was the first issue.Upon entering the apartment, there was a strong unpleasant odor, which we believe was caused by humidity. After dinner, we went to bed, and in the master bedroom the smell was overwhelming—specifically coming from the pillows. The following morning, I inspected them more closely due to the severity of the odor. To my disgust, I discovered that the pillows were heavily molded. Photos clearly show the mold, which had been directly under my head while sleeping. You can imagine my distress upon realizing this. I immediately informed the owner, yet it took an additional two days for replacement pillows t

Lovely apartment w/ beautiful pool

We had a great time staying here! The property is new, well furnished, and clean. The beds were comfortable which is important for me and the bathrooms had good water pressure. In terms of little details, the owner was very easy to communicate with, they had two very large jugs of water for us to drink during our stay, there was a smart TV to watch/Airplay music, A/C that worked well, a patio to enjoy the warm weather, etc. Plus… the pool was amazing. The views were incredible and it was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach and before going out for the night. Note that while it’s easy to walk to the bars and beaches in ~15 mins (we did every day), the last block is quite a bit uphill. This wasn’t a problem for us at all, but take note in case that’s a concern for you. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous experience!

My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was the perfect fit for us due to its beautiful design and natural finishes (that I appreciate deeply), well equipped kitchen, nature and city views, and comfortable king bed (plus a really nice shower with great water pressure). We didn't mind the steep climb (choose between cobblestone or rustic stairs), and then stairs to the building's entrance, but some might. For us it just added to our goal of getting a lot of movement, but it may not be feasible other guests who are exploring on foot. In addition to the perfect private condo, we thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater rooftop pool with sweeping views. The management group, PRVPV, was also attentive and easy to work with.
