NOTE: The building is situated on a steep traditional cobblestone street. For your comfort and safety, we recommend using a taxi or Uber for arrivals and departures. This way, you can avoid navigating the hill on foot, as no stairs or handrails are currently available. Please be aware that some noise may be heard from the condo at certain times due to its proximity to the highway. You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Although on the 6th floor, there quite a bit of noise from cars below. For a 75 year-old with a bad knee, the steep driveway and cobblestones, made walking to shops and restaurants mostly too difficult, but the low cost of Ubers and taxis made it so we did everything we wanted. ##### Ronald Leigh P. We spent so much time just taking in the scenery - it's downright incredible.The building is brand new and very clean throughout. The unit was a good size for our group and the AC was a lifesaver during the hot and humid days. The location is fantastic - walkable to everything, so you really don't need a car.Communication with management was great from booking through checkout, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There was a very minor question after checkout that was quickly and professionally resolved.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
