There was a lot of communication but at the same time the host didn’t seem to know what was going on. I received a message that it was fixed, but that message was a mistake. You will be in the heart of the city with none of the noise when you are ready to relax. We did not use the convertible sitting area for a second bedroom but it would work well and provides a second bedroom with a wonderful view. I would have been happy to share with another close couple of family member. Naya communication and concierge anticipated every need. The front desk staff provides courteous and helpful assistance with just the right amount of security without feeling obtrusive. The roof top pool is gorgeous with a great bar and staff.
