"Beautiful resort with great amenities. The front staff was not as helpful as some of the other resorts I've been to in PV. Concierge was never at the desk. Bell boy was missing on multiple occasions so had to get an uber instead of them calling a taxi. Other than that, enjoyed my stay."

"My family traveled with another family. We were 8 in total. We had four kids all under the age of 11. We all had an amazing time. We recommend this resort. Make sure to bring plenty of sunblock, hats and long sleeve for the kids. The sun is not forgiving and ended up with lots of sunburn kiddos. ..."

"Beautiful place, very well kept, not a single leaf out of place. Employees very professional and courteous. Attention to details is everyone's priority as well as customer satisfaction. Maintenance came twice to our room without us making any call. One time it was a light bulb flickering (just a little loose) and another time the air conditioning was not working (we did turn it off). Our maid was very proactive in calling maintenance if something wasn't right."

"First I would like to thank Marcela at front desk for the upgrade she gave us at no additional cost. The views from were breathtaking. I was also able to do a late check out because of my flight being after check out. All the staff I had encounter with was courteous and made sure we got everything we asked for. They really made us feel like the real MVP. Only thing I would add to this property is more restaurants and a coffee place. The food in this resort has been better than others all inclusive I have stayed in the past. Menu is pretty much the same everyday, but still has give the opportunity to try something different. Loved the Mexican Fiesta they had with mariachi! Room wise I think the concrete headboard is a hazard and bath towels could be a little softer. Other than that it’s a great and beautiful place to stay. The mini bar and snacks are bomb! They even have chamomile tea which I needed after eating so much. Yes I would go back to this resort and I definitely recommend it! "
