I like the charming courtyard, good WIFI, free coffee and water each morning. The upstairs pool and patio were great. I like the bed. It was new and comfortable. Staff was really good and helpful. It was really relaxing. I didn't like that my toilet broke and they didn't properly fix it. I would like a safe in my room to protect my belongings in the future. I know its a lot to ask but that would be a great addtion to the hotel.

It is not without its charm, but property is run down. The rooms are much smaller than they appear In The pics. There was only 1 power outlet in the room. The good part of this hotel is its location. We enjoyed being close to the Malecón.

The price was higher than Expedia promoted it. There were bugs in my room. I only had a twin bed when I thought was getting a full bed. The hot water only worked part of the time.

There seemed to be way too many people in the pool & area that actually stayed at the hotel. Didn't trust the cleanliness of the pool. Overall smell around the property day and night. So if you had your patio doors open, it was quite noticeable

It is a very old building. There is no sound-proofing or insulation. So when you sleep, you hear everything outside the building and inside. The interior is only made of concrete and paint.
