Clean comfortable

Not a huge hotel resort but very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views of the marina next door with a clean pool and friendly staff.

Nice Hotel staff friendly

There is free parking around the hotel in the street and is located close to the airport in a safe area, all though harbour was nice to look at, if you're after the beach or more of a busy night life you need to hire a car from that location because they're all about 7 km away, The rooms were clean big and spacious BUT HAD NO FRIDGE, I asked at reception and they simply said no fridges, I need a fridge there's nothing like being able to wake up in the morning and make yourself a cup of tea or coffee option but wasn't available, also there are no ice machines so you can't make a home-made fridge with ice bucket to keep your milk cold, The only option is to use their restaurant and when they serve coffee it was cold and black there was no milk at the buffet style breakfast no butter available for your toast, the omelette that they made was very nice, I wouldn't stay in that hotel again until they put basic necessities in which would include a small fridge in the room and Simple necessities at the buffet breakfast like milk and butter, The only other thing I didn't like is they make you wear a plastic armband throughout your whole stay it drove me nuts and I ripped it off after the first three days as it made me feel like a daycare patient, I mean if they're worried about people coming in and out of the hotel to simply show them your room card,

Thank you Jeff for you visit and for your review. We are actually in the process of getting mini-fridges and it should be implemented later this year. As far as the bracelet you certainly notice that most hotels here use this system. It is not so much for security but more to identify if you are an all inclusive guest with unlimited food and drinks or if you have to pay for everything that you order. Hotel was nice clean, the stuff are friendly and is a very safe hotel. The only thing I was not much happy was with their food had to go out to eat.

Quaint mexican hotel on the Marina - but no beach

Pros: Staff were very nice. Grounds were pretty and well-kept
Cons: Food and bug control were the main problems
Location: Right on the Marina with lots of shops and restaurants very close. Lots of action in the Marina with boats leaving and coming - fun to watch.
The rooms were adequate but worn. Generally clean. The all-inclusive food was very ordinary - the best meal was when they actually did a Mexican fiesta with mexican dishes. The included wines were one red and one white - again very ordinary.Breakfasts were great - the only meals with fresh fruit and it was delicious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The music by the pool was too loud for us. Also there were a lot of little biting bugs that left very itchy welts - even when we wore long sleeves and pants they seemed to get underneath and still bite us. It was priced very reasonably, and was probably a good example of 'you get what you pay for'

Amazing food

The food was terrific better than those huge hotels. Great location for the marinia, inconvenient for beach but they offer a shuttle to get you there. The rooms are spacious and nice. However only drawback are the mattress' and pillows but gotta cut corners somewhere. Hotel staff are awesome.

Pros: They are personable and accommodating.
A death in the family obliged us to cancel our planned stay at the hotel. We hope to reschedule for next year.

Great Marina Location

Pros: Location, staff, and comfortable bed.
We were checked in very quickly and they even allowed our friends that had a flight later in the evening to put their luggage in storage for a few hours. The only downfall was our unit had 15 stairs leading up to the loft but the upside we had a lovely view of the garden and the marina. We'd definitely stay again.

Check status of Remodel before you stay

Pros: The BEST thing was the guitar player they had on Friday evenings. He was absolutely WONDERFUL. Good Internet. Comfortable Bed. A/C Good
Cons: In room dresser, fridge, coffee, and safe included. Improve the quality of the bar - the pina colada was un-drinkable. Fix ad photos
Location: Location in Marina Vallarta is wonderful. Easy walk to the bus. Marina area has many good restaurants. Sidewalk market on Thursday night.
The hotel looked lovely and comfortable from the photos on the site. We arrived and the hotel was undergoing renovations. Deck outside our room did not have lounge chairs as depicted, no table outside, so sitting there was uncomfortable. High level of noise in our room from neighbors below as noise carried directly up the stairwell. Some rooms were in the process of being renovated, and work starts early. From room renovations, to restaurant palapa being destroyed, to pool being retiled, there was never a quiet morning for sleeping in on vacation and amenities like the restaurant, outside bar, and pool were unavailable for use. I wish we would have known this before booking a two week stay. Prior to being drained, the pool water was cloudy. We were a bit put-off by that early on. Room does not have fridge or coffee maker. We were able to improvise, but these amenities for hotels in PV are typical at other hotels. There were no drawers you could get to to put your clothes away. Cabinets, bench, and TV stand looked like they could have had shelves, but had been painted shut. Room safe was not free, but came with additional daily charge. Room service was called, but never answered. One of our friends lost their wallet downtown and the front desk personnel did nothing to help her. No phone or internet assistance offered at all to help resolve her problem. Furnishings in the room were poor.

We are finished with the pool, the palapa is almost finished and everything will be ready in the first week of april. Hopefully you will give us an opportunity to serve you again with our remodeled property.

on the Marina, close to airport

Quiet, right on the marina, close to lots of restaurants and some shops. Hotel is also close to airport but you never hear any planes. Wouldn't do the all inclusive here as there's only one restaurant in the hotel. Very affordable. Leonardo at the front door extremely helpful
