Hallways , room doors are old dirty and deteriorated, reception staff are really rude . Have no manners . When we arrived a young man don’t remember his name had no customer skills like he was still on training . I called front desk on our 4th night for more toilet paper and they question me why did I need more toilet paper . Are you serious ? After our 4th night only 2 of us . The reception staff needs to get better training , get customer skills , they’re the front of the house . No smiles at all . Makes customer feel unwelcome.
