Hallways , room doors are old dirty and deteriorated, reception staff are really rude . Have no manners . When we arrived a young man don’t remember his name had no customer skills like he was still on training . I called front desk on our 4th night for more toilet paper and they question me why did I need more toilet paper . Are you serious ? After our 4th night only 2 of us . The reception staff needs to get better training , get customer skills , they’re the front of the house . No smiles at all . Makes customer feel unwelcome.

my favorite part of the hotel is the dining area. the staff, including julian, norge and the other wait staff were superb! the food was excellent and I enjoyed the variety of food for the breakfast buffet each morning.

La Isla is an island both literally and figuratively. The mall is built around an actual island. The mall has shade and combined with the moat and fountains keeps the area cool and refreshing. And figuratively it is an island of el Norte wealth and order, a nice rest from the often ramshackle nature of Mexican cities. The hotel is great. A very nice desayuno buffet, great staff with little perks for guests here and there. Not far from a great beach and good shopping.

The staff were prompt to act. The location was convenient and safe. It wouldn't break tge hotel's bank account to provide daily coffee in the room. We stayed six days and apparently they only provide coffee on Day 1!!!!

Great stay
Room was great because it had a balcony that overlooked la Isla mall and it was fairly quiet. However, the room was in between other rooms and the walls had no insulation so you could hear everything that was going on in rooms on either side.

Perfectly good hotel for what you pay for. Situated within a shopping mall complex which is quite a nice touch to have on your doorstep. Rooms felt quite basic but were clean. Check-in was easy.

Fui de vacaciones aquí con mi mamá y mis dos hermanos y puedo decir que que nos la pasamos muy bien, el personal fue muy atento con nosotros y siempre nos apoyaban en lo que necesitáramos Realmente no tengo ninguna queja o inconveniente más que el hecho que note que la alberca no la limpian con frecuencia, estuvimos 8 días ahí y digamos que la alberca yo la veía más y más sucia (en especial porque yo usaba con frecuencia los googles) pero es el único detalle, de ahí en más todo muy bien y limpio

A provecho para compartirle que la alberca se limpia diariamente desafortunadamente en días de mucha demanda es muy complicado tener el agua cristalina porque el químico no alcanza a asentar todas las partículas para aspirarse en 10 horas que se mantiene cerrada, sin embargo le puedo garantizar que los parámetros del agua se encuentran en los niveles adecuados de ph, cloro, etc. Esta es su casa y será un placer volverle a recibir en el futuro para brindarle el trato que usted merece. Dirty string yellow huge mark on pillow hair on sheets before I layes on it went to sleep at 2:00 am two days in a row had meetings the Sadat after felt terrible called front seat because of the loud noise pounding on over my room yelling running on the hallway ms don’t recommend it

Will never go back to that hotel could not sleep for two nights very loins and noisy I ordered a sandwich on room service the bread was burned toasted and it was 26 dollars it’s ridiculous
