Majority of the workers don't speaks english. Food is not desirable specially Mexican food. Restaurants hours of operation is not catering to our needs.

This was our second stay here and the service is amazing. Sergio, Johnny and Nacho are fantastic pool/beach waiters. The two waitresses in the lounge in the evening, Lily and Esmerelda were also great. The hostess in La Cevicheria and breakfast buffet Danae is the best. She has such a kind positive presence. Room was very nice and food was great for a resort.

I’m such a homebody and I seriously felt so safe and like I was at home at this resort! The staff is seriously unmatched everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing! Both of our daughters had birthdays a couple weeks before we went and they did a little celebration in our room too! We felt so special the whole time :) will definitely be back

This was our second time at the Fiesta Americana. The first time being in 2016. Same great service, friendly staff, super clean. Our only issue would be general conditions. It's starting to show it's age. The pool needs a rebuild and the outdoor furniture is getting a little worn. You just can't beat the great staff though, always helpful and happy. Thanks for a great week FA.

Best part of the property is that everything is very convenient structured. You don’t have to fight for your spot at the beach or the pool even if you like to sleep long. The pool is open until 9 PM and towels are available until late as well. Service is exceptional. You don’t have to stand up and to get your drink if you don’t want, service us to every five minutes if you need some drink or snack or lunch. I was a little disappointed to to know that they don’t have any net entertainment, except live music. During the day they don’t have much entertainment either. They offer morning Buffay, lunch, and dinner are restaurant style, so you have to order from the menu. The general feeling after spending six days is great. I would come back.

When we arrived the basin wasn't draing, haf to have someone come with a plunger, it was disvusting. Next mornig there was no water pressure in tjebrpken shower head and the water was almost cold. Shower head didn't have an adjusting head. You couldn't wash your private areas.

We love this place so much. This was our second visit & its never enough time. Its a nice getaway from AZ. The staff and food is the best. Also the pool & lounge areas is so nice and relaxing. The watermelon margaritas were incredible. The drinks are made with fresh fruit & never too sweet. We'll be back one day.

We enjoyed the Fiesta Americana. The staff was friendly. They did the little things to thank their guests for staying. Food was really good! It wasn’t extremely busy while we were there so we did not struggle to find chairs around the pool or at the beach. Sometimes the beer could have been colder :) We would go back.

Loved that is was family-friendly and only 13 minute Uber ride from airport. Clean, well-maintained grounds. Loved the few kid activities. Wish dinner was also tailored to kids since the buffet is not an option.

Property & setting was very nice. Breakfast & lunch buffets were good. The on -site restaurants were all sub-par for dinner. We witnessed & heard rumblings from other tables as well about the quality of food & wait time. From being seated, to ordering, until the food arrived was typically an hour or more

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The food was not the best. Open dining options are nice. There is an issue of birds flying near the food, walking on the counters and even pecking at some of the breads/pastries.

I would rate the property as very good. Older but maintained well Except for the Pool. Some serious work needs to happen but of course this would mean having to shut it down temporarily which is difficult. As swimming at the beach in the ocean is not advisable, having no water access would be difficult. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is spectacular the waterfall and height of the palapa is amazing. Food was good to very good depending on items ordered and which restaurant. Fish and shrimp tacos the best, shrimp gnocchi great(Italian ),Asian had some great choices. Mexican was lacking a little on traditional spice and vibrancy! Staff was EXCELLENT. Very kind, welcoming, asking if everything was okay, genuinely interested in talking to you! Our maid was excellent Obdulia 4th floor. Cleaning and upkeep was excellent . Gym was adequate clean good quality machines. Enjoyed the Mexican Fiesta night, food and entertainment very good. They don’t offer a lot for evening entertainment, just different music groups in the lobby bar area. Pleasant but not very interactive or fun. More interactive activities around the pool would be good as well during the day. The beach was clean , expansive, but for someone who loves ocean swimming, both the waves and the undertow were significant. I did wander up the beach aways, and found an area to have a swim in the ocean. Drink service was good as were the drinks. Breakfast was the only buffet style meal, lots of choices. Enjoyed coffee shop!

The food was not good. We tried all the restaurants and the buffet. The service was great. It had a fun, nice feel but it’s getting a little old looking. The pool is perfect and gorgeous. Huge thanks to the entire crew working there. Top notch service but because of the food, we will try another resort.

This was an outstanding experience and i would highly recommend this resort for families. The staff made out stay truly special and catered to all our requirements. The resort has many facilities, an excellent vibe and the service is beyond amazing. Special shout out to Amel (manager), Antonio and Ivan in the pool area, Rosalio and Emmanuel in the breakfast area and Monsiuer the kids organiser. The food choices were great, the pool area so well designed and clean, proximity to the beach, variety of activities and most of all , the helpfulness of staff!!! would love to return!!!
