### Casa Colores with pool

Excellent location, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from beaches. Intermediate point to visit in South and North of the city. 5 minutes from supermarkets. Wide spaces, House of three bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, has a garage closed for two cars. The house has air conditioning in bedrooms and dining room, 3 Televisions, one in the room and the others in the bedrooms. Kitchen with dishwasher, 100% equipped. Laundry area with washer and dryer, garden area.
