"This is a fantastic place. The food is amazing, the service is just as amazing. All the staff look at you and greet you when you're just walking by. They help you with your requests right away. I loved the morning yoga. I was a solo traveler during spring break. It was busy, but they were so attentive to everyone. The internet was mostly good - it was important for me because I was working for one of the days. The private beach is really nice. I only wished there were paddle boards because the waves are strong and it would be better to do an activity rather than just swimming. Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Velas to family and solo travellers alike."
