The Space:  
This cozy and stylish 2-bedroom condo offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The open living area is bright and welcoming, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a home-cooked meal or a quick snack before heading out.  
  
Located just a block from the Malecón and Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant tourist area, you’ll be close to everything, from beautiful beaches to exciting nightlife. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or relaxing in the comfortable living room, the space is designed for ease and comfort. It’s a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.  
  
Please note that the property doesn’t offer private parking, as it’s located in a busy tourist area. Parking on the street is available but can be challenging to find, especially during peak times, but there is a paid parking lot very close.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have full access to the condo, including all its amenities like the kitchen, living room, and beach gear (two chairs and an umbrella). The condo is located on a higher floor, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, though there are some stairs to access the unit. The property manager is available throughout your stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Puerto Vallarta is known for its friendly atmosphere, stunning beaches, and lively culture. The condo is located in downtown, just steps away from the Malecón, the beautiful boardwalk that stretches along the coast, perfect for scenic walks or people-watching. You’ll also be just 5 minutes away from the Romantic Zone, where you’ll find top-notch restaurants, cafes, and bars. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it simple to explore all corners of this charming city.  
  
Getting Around:  
You’ll be in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, with easy access to everything on foot. The beach is just 5 minutes away, and you can walk to the Romantic Zone, downtown, or the Malecón in no time. For trips further afield, public transportation options are nearby, or taxis can be easily hailed from the street. If you’re flying in, the airport is about a 40-minute drive away.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The condo is located in a busy tourist area, so parking can be tricky to find.  
The property is not pet-friendly.  
There are stairs to access the unit, but there is also an elevator available for easy access.
