Not the usual place I stay when I visit Puerto Vallarta, but this hotel is great and exceeded my expectations. The staff is awesome, check in was easy and quick, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and I felt like a valued guest. The pool was nice and refreshing and was rarely used by other guests when staying here. The area was superb and super close to the malecón with a lot places to eat and shop. My only issue is now I have another option to choose from. Decisions decisions! Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Puerto Vallarta.

Great small hotel in the Heart of PV. Updated clean room. Bed was comfortable. Rooftop deck was great place to watch the sunset. Can walk to almost everything. Secure parking was limited but always had enough room for us.

We liked the location, within easy walking if the malacon. It was very convenient. A bit noisy, but, hey, you're in downtown PV! A small fridge would be an asset. But, all in all, clean, comfortable and convenient.

Great location! No mention of deposit on safe for key to use and no deadbolt on entry door but did feel safe. Staff was amazing!

There is absolutely no room service as there is NO dining room or restaurant. There are no coffee machines in the rooms or phones to the front desk. Nearest coffee shop is blocks away. Only a few rooms have balconies, the rest are street view which are noisy and no balconies. Staff are friendly and helpful however the hotel is not what Expedia offered. Expedia for the fail.
