The ocean views are spectacular and these villas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. Casa Salinas I I is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. It accommodates a maximum of 18 persons in nine air conditioned bedrooms (seven with king beds, one with two queen beds and one with two twin beds). Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The staff includes an on-site manager, cook, and maid service. The house is equipped with state-of-the-art split air conditioning throughout and a water purification system. Guests can enjoy the heated infinity-style swimming pool focused toward the ocean. Amenities include: Satellite TV, AM/FM radio, VHS and DVD (we suggest guests bring their own movies). Internet access is available for guests bringing their own laptops. A new gym at the villa was built between this villa and the neighboring villa (with access by both). The villa manager, Juan, has a boat and will take guests fishing and/or sightseeing for a small charge. In-home babysitting can be arranged. The maid will wash, dry and fold guests personal laundry if requested. Tennis courts and golf courses are just a short drive from the villa. The center of town is just 2 miles away for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Juan speaks excellent English, has 20 years experience at Casa Salinas I and is assisted by an excellent professional staff. Children are welcome and there are cribs, rollaways and high chairs available for them. However, we will need to know how many and their ages, before we will accept a booking. An amount will be required in advance for shopping and groceries, and prior to departure receipts can be settled. • The villa staff cannot take personal checks or credit cards – payment by cash (pesos or USD) only. • Juan the Manager speaks English and oversees both villas and an excellent staff. • Our maids will do guests personal laundry when requested at no charge • The staff are off on Sundays. • Power surges are not uncommon in Mexico so you might want to bring a surge protector for your devices. No special adaptors are needed the power is the same as in the US. • Cell Phones: most cell phones get good coverage, however, check with your Carrier before you leave home in order to “roam” in Mexico and to make certain this feature is activated. The villas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation, family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. Each villa is approx 8,000 sq.ft and they can be rented individually or together. If the same party reserves both villas all guests can dine together in the one villa if desired. Enjoy the comfort and ambience of these gorgeous homes with family and friends. Supremely comfortable and beautifully furnished, these gorgeous homes reflect havens of elegance and unique art. The heated infinity pools offer wonderful views of the ocean just steps from the sandy beach where guests can swim, play and enjoy BBQ and candle-lit dinners. The superb staff serves guests with warm Mexican hospitality and they are assured of eating well with the cook’s delicious cuisine. Close by in the town of Puerto Vallarta with its cobblestone streets and known for its art and many galleries, you will find excellent restaurants, cafes and shops combined with Old Mexico charm. There is plenty of nightlife, and many family-fun activities. There is so much to see and do in Puerto Vallarta for all members of the family to enjoy. Mr. Juan, Paco, Caesar, and Miss Maria provided amazing hospitality, and even got to the point where they could predict our next request; laundry, ironing, or a margarita. The meals were delicious (served 11-16ppl 3x daily) and the daily happy-hour was a continuous highlight. They made local dinner reservations for the group and assisted with transportation for our excursions and leisure shopping outings. The staff made everyone feel extremely pampered and highly impressed at how they maintained such an impeccable and beautiful property. Each room had its own entrance, view of the beach, and so many amenities that every room felt like the master suite. We had access to our own area of the beach, which felt like our own private island. We’ve been traveling to PVR for about nine years now, and the experience @Casa Salinas I, without a doubt, is the most amazing time that any of us has ever had. Jan 24, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Best service EVER! This property is in a perfect location, right on the ocean and a short ride from town. The villa is laid out nicely, with amazing views, a fabulous gathering space and lovely pool. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the hairdryers needing to be replaced and a ceiling fan in one room that wouldn't operate, but it did not detract from our enjoyment. The rooms could use some updating and freshening up but had comfortable beds. The absolute best part of this stay was the staff. Juan and his crew were the most gracious and helpful people. The food every day was delightful and our group went through guacamole withdrawal upon our return to the states. Juan arranged for a trip to Yelapa on a private boat for the 15 of us, and he also arranged for an extraordinary mariachi band to come and play for us for an hour after our vow renewal. The cost of both of these experiences were conveniently added to our final bill. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to pay for our food and beverage tab with our credit card at the end of our stay (for a fee), as the information on the site indicated we had to pay cash which is difficult to get in town. Other online information about the villa was incorrect as well. The villa does not have a gym and the staff was there on Sunday, so we did not have to go our and hunt for food as we expected, which was a lifesaver! All in all, our stay was a vacation of a lifetime and a great time was had by all! Highly recommend! ##### Liz C.
