### Beachfront Panoramic Oceanview Modern Luxury (Old Town Romantic Zone)
This luxurious property is right on the beach in old town Vallarta, in the Romantic Zone. The building's modern architecture and contruction combined with luxurious finishes and its spacious indoor and outdoor space is unique in all of Puerto Vallarta. The entire condo has gorgeous marble flooring and modern wood cabinet furniture.
This is a beachfront building, not a building inland where your view is often blocked by other buildings. The pictures of the panoramic oceanview is taken from this private condo, not taken from common areas (beware of the many other properties for rent in PV that the ocean view is not taken from your private unit but from the rooftop etc).
This complex has one of the largest and most relaxing swimming pool in Puerto Vallarta. It is right in front of the ocean so you can swim or hang out in the pool and hear the waves all day. You can grab a book and relax on one of the many chaise lounge chairs around the pool and grounds. There is also a private beach area where there are lounge chairs you can use.
The condo is large and the living area contains a large living room with modern furnishings and a smart TV. You can of course choose to sit in your private outdoor patio, right in front of the ocean, where there is a separate living and a dining area. All these areas are surrounded by the ocean and sound of the waves. The inside also has a dinning room has a table that sits 8\. There is a kitchen bar that sits 6\. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so there is plenty of space for everyone to roam inside the unit and not be crowded.
The kitchen is modern with high-end stainless steel appliances, such as a 6-burner range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Ample granite counter top space complements multiple large cabinets for storage. An outside grill and sink are also built-in for outdoor entertainment.
The master bedroom is light, airy, huge with a king-sized bed and a sitting area, equipped with state-of-the-art Samsung smart-TV. The bathroom is a large marble walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub area as well as large doube-vanity sink area. The large walk-in closet gives you the space to get organized.
This grand home offers the perfect escape for a large family or group that wants the modern conveniences and yet be on the beach. The indoor spaces offer high ceilings, abundant light, exquisite stonework, and an open welcoming living space with ample seating for lounging and dining.
This is a very spacious home you can enjoy while you are on vacation with a wide variety of restaurants and bars close by, all within a short walk. Why stay in hotels where the only places available are the hotel food and bars?
You will find also find state-of-the-art modern technology throughout this condo. You will enjoy Sonos sound system in the living room and bedrooms, modern smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney channels, and wireless smart home controls. A smart lock is installed in the front door so you don't have to carry keys around.
Bed Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: 1 x King size bed, and separately a Queen-sized sofabed
2nd Bedroom: 1 x King size bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 x Queen size bed
There are also 2 person-length sofas in the living room if needed.
Guest Access
You will have the whole condo other than two owner's lockout closets. There are 2 elevators serving that floor which only has two units. You have a large entry way which leads to the living room / kitchen / dining room open space with a panoramic ocean view.
Interaction with Guests
A local property manager will meet you at the condo to show you the property and answer any questions. They will be available to assist with any questions or any unexpected incidents.
The property manager will also be able to help schedule airport pick-up, grocery purchase, and coordinate tourist activities (additional fees apply). Additional maid service can also be arranged by the property manager at an additional cost.
The Neighborhood
This property is a gated property right in front of the beach/ocean. it is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic zone alongside the River Cuale facing the famed “Bay of Banderas” (Bay of the Flags). You can step outside to the boardwalk and enjoy Vallarta Malecon with its Seahorse, Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, and famous Sergio Bustamante's sculptures and exciting within a few minutes walk without the need to take taxis. There are many options for dining, shopping, clubs and bars.
The gay beach at the Blue Chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming Romantic Zone or along Los Muertos beach. The exciting Vallarta gay nightlife is a 5 minute walk from the property without stairs or hills to climb.
Getting Around
There is a gated parking spot provided. However, the property is in the center of town and within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, nightlife, bars and clubs, cafes, etc. There is an Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate where you can buy drinks, snacks and other small items.
The airport is about a 20 minute drive or taxi ride.
Other Things to Note
Minimum 6-night stay (imposed by the building management, not negotiable).
There is Fiber-based WiFi internet provided in the condo that is reliable and fast. There is also a second, back-up modem Internet connection to make sure there is Internet so that if you need to work, you have the Internet. Basic cable service is also provided. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker.
There is also a laundry room inside the unit, where there is a new washer and dryer. There are also cleaning supplies and laundry detergent provided. There are other supplies stocked here.
Bedsheets, towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
Maid service will be provided once per week, and after you leave. 1-time cleaning service fee of US$50 is charged.

My husband and I traveled with our young adult son and daughter. They each brought a friend. The location was perfect for us to explore the town on foot. Tons of restaurants, clubs & shops nearby. The pool was fantastic with an awesome pool bar staff. The only hiccup was when we checked in and the manager showed us the room, it was not cleaned. He was apologetic and did get us a cleaning lady the next day.

Invited a small group of friends to celebrate my 60th birthday and this was the perfect place to do so. You could not ask for a better location - on the Malecon, in the heart of the Romantic Zone with everything you need in within a short walk. Great bars, food, shopping and friendly people. The location and beauty of the building make this a true gem. The property is spectacular with breathtaking views and beautiful furnishings-it has everything you could wish for. The balcony is a fantastic place to watch the legendary PV sunset or have your morning coffee. The large pool is by far the best on the beach and a fantastic place to relax with a cocktail and great food. While the neighborhood is busy, the unit is very quiet with only the sound of the waves to relax you at night. The building is secure and PV in general is very safe, so we loved exploring the vibrant surroundings. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional and made this a trip to remember. We look forward to returning soon!

A perfect location and condo for a stay in Puerto Vallarta. Loved the giant patio and left the full glass doors open most of the time. Being able to see the Malecon and hear the ocean makes this property extra special. The condo is very spacious and well appointed. We would love to come back.

Our family spent a week here and loved it. The view is gorgeous and we loved sitting on the patio. The condo is very comfortable and David the property manager was helpful and responsive. This is our second stay, and it won’t be our last. It’s the perfect location, central to all the activities and restaurants, even the Saturday Farmer’s Market. The pool is wonderful, even heated in winter which is rare! We were two families with kids aged 5-13, who all had a wonderful time too.

This is a large, well-stocked condo perfect for a family. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The third bath is in the hall. The location is excellent. We preferred the beach at Mango’s Beach Club as it was quieter and an inexpensive, short cab ride away.

We had to cut our vacation short by one week so we didn't actually get to stay in this unit, but we spent the first week in a different unit in the same building so I can speak to the overall complex and the location. This condo complex was amazing! Beautiful landscaping, it felt very safe, amazing pool and pool bartender, plenty of friendly staff if I had questions, the sunsets were spectacular and we could also see the fireworks....and the location was just perfect. So many restaurants to walk to, right on the Malecon, across the street from the beach, water taxi was right there at the pier, it felt like the right distance if we wanted to hire a driver to take us north to Sayulita or catch an uber south to the zoo or to Boca de Tomatlan. We would 100% stay in this condo complex again!

Family of 6 had enough room. Great location, clean and well decorated. The staff was great. All family members approved. Will definitely stay again.

#### What a hidden Gem.
When we walk in, we were in awe of the view. The condo has everything we needed, and there were bathroom amenities that you would only find in a five star hotel. Beautiful artwork strategically place where you would ponder, like in a museum, and appreciate the intent of the artist. We ate out every evening, but on our next visit spend more relaxful time in the condo.

#### Perfect place to spend with good friends
This property was wonderful. The experience was as described, and the pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. The condo was very clean. We received relevant communication before arriving and had the ability to contact throughout the stay. This location was perfect for access to all the restaurants, bars, and beaches we frequented. The large sunny pool with a wonderful breeze was a great place to relax during the day or night. The location was both accessible and secure. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The condo had amazing views and probably the best swimming pool in PV . Kitchen was well stocked and was very clean . Good part of town close to many restaurants and beaches. A great place to stay!! Order the chunky monkey at swimming pool bar , the best .

#### Stay in Heaven
This was our second stay at this building. The best is the terrace with the spectacular view and comfortable seating and dining area. The pool is perfect for young children and adults alike.
