Great spot if you love the beach!
The apartment was perfect! Great balcony with big sliding doors so you can listen to the waves. The beach was not too crowded and the water was great, tiny waves, very beautiful. The apartment had a nice shower and kitchen, ac worked well. Safe neighborhood and a few places to walk to. I hope to get there again soon!

A Home Away From Home
I went on a solo birthday trip for the first time ever to Puerto Rico. Super close to the airport. Puerto Rico was great and this property was just what I needed. It was so cozy and simple. I felt safe and it's gated. I only had to contact the owner about 1 question I had and he was polite and helpful. No noise whatsoever and literally right on the beach. The pictures are accurate. I would have breakfast on the balcony or fall asleep to the sound of the waves. There are lots of places within walking distance. However, remember that you are in Isla Verde, about 15-20 mins from San Juan where it's more tourists or the main spots so if you have any excursions that will do pick up/drop off, you may be out of the area and have to Uber to a qualified hotel spot, which i had to do and it was fine.Couple of things was the water from the bathroom sink was about room temp and didn't get hot but the shower absolutely does. Also bring face towels as I didn't find any. Anything else you need is all there! This is definitely the place to stay in Puerto Rico.

The condo building is right on the beach and the unit is very clean. We had everything we needed and the owner was always very prompt to respond when we had a question. Would recommend this to friends and family!

Beachfront with ICY air conditioning
Getting into the condo process was challenging with three keys for different doors and the elevator after traveling for 12 hours. After a few days we became a pros at juggling the keys. Had two air conditioners and two ceiling fans which was very appreciated in 90 degree weather. If you open a door or window, the sounds of the ocean were awesome! Parked our rental car on the street and didn’t have a problem finding a place not far away. Communication was fast and friendly. Five stars!! Bed very comfortable! Great location!!!

AMAZING!
This was my first time in Puerto Rico and the apartment and trip were overall amazing! The check-in was so easy and I felt incredibly safe the entire time. The view and the sound of the water were so soothing! The apartment itself has everything that you need! Added bonus for the beach chairs and towels available to use. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and Eraclio and Glenda provided excellent information and recommendations. I cannot wait to come and visit! Thank you for such a wonderful, safe visit!!!

Great veiws with beach access
We stayed in this wonderful condo during the hottest week of the year. It has a wonderful view of the ocean, beach access, and is close to lots of resturants. They have 2 ac units that kept us nice and comfortable as well as a full kitchen. During our stay we had 2 power outages to most of Isla Verde, not at the fault of the hosts, it was the record beeaking temperatures. They were very responsive and attempted to assist our needs during the outages. We had a wonderful visit and cannot wait to come back!
