Great location bad service
There was no water on and off through my first 3 days staying there. I had come off the plane and there was no water upon check in. After speaking to two people, one tells me to speak to the manager in the morning. I speak to her and she tells me I'm lying. The following day water was still inconsistent but they upgraded me to an apartment. The next day there was no water or electricity. The following day same issue. The Thursday I call Expedia to tell them my issues and after hours on a phone that I didn't have access to electricity to charge, they tell me they'll call me back but never did. I ended up staying til my last day Saturday because I wasn't going to uproot everything for one day but terrible service on Expedia and this hotel. Never again.

We apologize for not having electric service, but the power blackout was in various places and many people didn't have the service. As an eco-friendly hotel we are committed to offer our guests a peaceful and serene ambiance during their stay.
