Terrible experience NO ELECTRICITY NO A/C N

Great location bad service

There was no water on and off through my first 3 days staying there. I had come off the plane and there was no water upon check in. After speaking to two people, one tells me to speak to the manager in the morning. I speak to her and she tells me I'm lying. The following day water was still inconsistent but they upgraded me to an apartment. The next day there was no water or electricity. The following day same issue. The Thursday I call Expedia to tell them my issues and after hours on a phone that I didn't have access to electricity to charge, they tell me they'll call me back but never did. I ended up staying til my last day Saturday because I wasn't going to uproot everything for one day but terrible service on Expedia and this hotel. Never again.

Ok room, but on the beach

The room was small and unfortunately we didn't have water most of the time we were there. The bed wasn't very comfortable but you're really paying to be on the beach. It was very convenient and they had beach chairsa d towels to use for free. The staff was very friendly though.

I would recommend not staying in room 104. It's right off bar and restaurant. There is a lot of noise and is not relaxing as the bar door slams and is clearly heard in the room.

Such a relaxing place. The ocean was so close you can hear the waves splashing from the room. So relaxing. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Bad Choice

The experience was horrible, no power, no working toilet unable to spend night there had to find another place to stay, hoping that hotel.com can reimburse my payment

Beach front hotel

This hotel was very clean and convenient with a restaurant down stairs. It is right on the beach you can literally hear the waves in your hotel room. The only down fall was the tv didn't work in the room with the balcony but overall the hotel was nice and affordable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
