Seul hic, le tarif de 25US par nuit pas très clairement indiqué lors de la réservation...et l'insonorisation de la chambre très déficient ( au point où ils donnent des bouchons pour les oreilles a notre arrivé :s)

Small boutique hotel, walk to the ship!

Posted 4-Oct-2016
Location: close to the port, so no need to take a cab. Great restaurants all in walking distance!
The room was very small, but very quaint. We only needed 1 night stay as we were boarding the ship the next day. The hotel staff was very nice and even offered to hold our luggage on our return since our flight wasn't leaving until late in the afternoon.

Mediocre hotel. Staff was welcoming and professional. Rooms are very small and you can hear a lot of street noise through windows at night. Pillows are old and lumpy. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Breakfast is included in your $25/day room service fee but it consists of bagels, toast and cereal- very basic and we found ourselves going out for breakfast.

Bel hôtel, à deux pas du port

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Pros: L'emplacement et son confort
Location: 2 forts et forteresse, port, vieux san juan. à 30 min. de marche d'une belle plage.
Bel accueil, chambre confortable et propre, très bien situé et petit déjeuné continental du matin apprécié.

Nice hotel in Old San Juan.

Posted 17-Jul-2016
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, and what I expected from a hotel located in Old San Juan, charming.
Cons: Breakfast choices are slim: pastries, bagels, toast cold cereal and coffee and juice.
Location: Same block as restaurants and bars. The pro is that is very convenient and safer to walk back to the hotel at night. The con is that there is possibil
The hotel is located on the same block as restaurants and bars. The pro is that is very convenient and safer to walk back to the hotel at night. The con is that there is possibility of the extra noise at night (the hotel provides earplugs...). We stayed for one night (the night before leaving to a cruise) which made it a great choice. However, If I planned on staying more than two nights, I prefer a bigger hotel with bigger rooms, and a pool. About a $20 taxi ride from airport to hotel and a $16 taxi ride from hotel to the cruise port, making it very convenient.

Certainly No Resort

Posted 29-Apr-2016 on Hotels
Disappointed as it was advertised as Resort. What a Joke. The hotel is similar to an old rooming house. The bathroom is the best thing in regard to the hotel. The closet is for Dwarfs or People less than four feet tall. The TV didn't work properly. The only positive things I can say about the hotel is the location is very good, But not recommended for Mir than a RON remain over night.

Nice place to stay near Cruise Docks

Posted 27-Apr-2016 on Hotels
Very nice hotel and staff. Being in a downtown area, it can get a bit noisy outside, but that should be expected in a dense city area like Old San Juan. Easy to walk to/from doc to get on cruise ships. Great access to food, shopping and historical areas of Old San Juan.
