Great renovated hotel… still some minor physical and cosmetics things to do. But overall is in great shape. Restaurant has authentic local food at reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very safe surrounding areas and very safe place. Great for families. Hotel has 2 pools, one of w with a nice slide for kids, 2 bars, one on the pool area and another one in a small ballroom. It also has pool tables, small arcade, and an in-site casino. Lobby is very nice place to have a conversation or even have some rest. There is plenty of parking. Hotel is very accesible in terms of driving once in the area. Right next to the highway (still no noise from cars was heard). It has. Shopping about 10 mins away driving and has 2 fast foods walking distance. Beach is about 20 mins driving… it is about 2 hours from SJ airport, 30-40 mins from Cabo Rojo. Will definitely stay again.

The casino was excellent with happy live music and free drinks. It could improve the pool bar service to be easy for people to recognize where to ask for food and be quicker when responding to orders and maybe accept pay from credit card or charging to the room will be nice too. Once you are enjoying the pool where you usually don't carry cash you have to go back to your room to look for money to be able to eat or drink.

Nos encantó, sobrepaso nuestras expectativas, ya que el precio es económico pero el hotel está súper limpio, el cuarto bien oloroso, limpio y todo en buenas condiciones. Ambiente familiar, excelente para familias. Tiene dos picina, una con tobogán y otra grande para adultos. Las piscinas estaban limpias, la grande tienda algunas hojas pero es por la vegetación que tiene alrededor pero para mi no era molestia. El staff súper amables todos, desde las muchachas del check in lobby , los de la cocina y limpiezas, todos eran muy amables y recibí un buen servicio. El desayuno muy rico, y buena porción, y menú variado. Le doy un 10/10 ya q supero muchas cosas que otros carecen por mayor precio. Volveremos prontamente.

This is a nicely located hotel but there were a few issues during our stay: 1. No hot water available during the weekend. The water was just warm. 2. The cleaning staff missed cleaning the room twice out of the five days. 3. Our friends had to change rooms due to a musty smell. 4. The provided breakfast is very subpar. We decided to eat out after the first day.

We spent the night, they were able tp change our room to a handicap accessible room . Everything was fine with the exception none of the ice machines worked. There is no store in the hotel for incidentals like toothbrushes or toothpaste.
