The property is old. Our room smelled like mildew and was not very clean. The air conditioner was very loud. The staff was pleasant however an amenity i asked for was never delivered. Great location though.

A couple of years ago I stayed at this location when it was under Best Western brand. Back then I had such a good experience that I decided to stay here again but now is under a new brand and I guess new management. Upon check-in there was no disclosure that of active construction within the property, right under the floor I was placed. I could not rest nor be in the room during the daytime. I went to the front desk and the lady said to come back next day to speak with the manager and see if there was anything to be done... But nothing was done... She also said that the workers "wouldn't stay the whole day" yet there was drilling and banging up until 7:00pm... There was construction done in the pool area throwing dirty water with concrete inside the pool... Breakfast buffet was terrible. Save yourself the $25 and go to a decent restaurant nearby. Most certainly not coming back. Definitely not coming back.

I stayed there for four nights. First of all they gave us a room with a broken AC, It took a whole day after me harassing them for them to bring someone to look at it. Finally we were changed to a different room , our never was cleaned. Only one time because we complained. I was supposed to get a refund for all my troubles still waiting for it.
