The were extremely helpful and also had the option to book tours for you there onsite. Only downside is male sauna under repair so you had to prebook and use female one, gym v small and only restaurant very slow service….but friendly at least. Underground river is great (tour starts 100m to left of resort beach, plus you could book there much cheaper!). I did a snorkeling trip to Ulugsm bay, swam with one turtle and saw 3 giant clams otherwise not amazing so perhaps Honda is way to go?)."
