"We loved our stay at Natura Cabana. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Food options were great. The property is right on the beach and the pool area is nice. The property felt safe and secluded and so are the surrounding areas. Also, the spa!!! We had the best facials. Can't wait to return!"

"The staff is always happy, the food and drinks were awesome. I would recommend cleaning the beach debris in the early morning, not at noon. Also, start updating the old rooms and don't allow manager staff to park in the guest parking. I had to park every day in the employee parking."

"The property needs maintenance. The bathrooms are gross and in need for remodeling. There is no night club in the same building and they dont play enough Spanish music which is part of the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful so that made up for the negative part. The food was ok."

"First my flight was changed, then my hotel was hanged a week before leaving. U was told I would get an upgrade and git a downgrade! This hotel was very strict and didn't allow you to even put music. The rooms were not ready at arrival. The air conditioning was broke as well as other appliances. If you would if not selected this horrible hotel. Me and my 2 boys would not have this horrible accident. This was my boys first time traveling and you ruined it for them! This was a the worst experience...
