Villa #13 (Colorida)

Spacious 3-bed, 3-bath, stand-alone villa just steps away from the beach and pool. Our ground-level villa has all the amenities awaiting you: a well-appointed beautiful, colorful living space, kitchen with all the appliances you need, a spacious patio with a grill, hot tub and outdoor shower, an upper-level sundeck with a view of the ocean, washer/dryer, 2-car garage, kayaks and beach chairs.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.

Perfect for family get away

Everything was fantastic. The amenities on property and in the condo were awesome! The hot tub was great, outdoor patio, outdoor shower and rooftop deck were all so relaxing. It was perfect for us, our kids and my parents. We all had plenty of space. The location is perfect for having kids. The grassy area is visible from inside the condo, short walk to the pool and short walk to the beach. Thank you!!!

Beautiful property, great location with caveats

It’s a lovely casita in a great location. Everything was clean and as described. I am by no means giving this property a bad review. There were just a few things lacking especially for the price. The biggest thing was that the large Arcadia doors to the patio did not lock. I called the owner and was told there were foot locks but there were none to be found. Especially given we were all females staying in the casita we did not feel comfortable with this and had to fashion a security bar/stopper from brooms and mops to secure the door in place at night. There was also nothing to wash dishes with, no dishwasher soap was provided or a sponge or anything to wash the dishes by hand. We ended up using a larger hand towel to wash dishes by hand, as this was the best/only option available. Additionally, The day before departure I emailed the owner on the app to requested a 1 hour late check out and never received a response. Aside from these few of things we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Great location and spacious!

Cannot beat the location of this unit. Right inbetween both pools, looking out over the grass area, close to the beach and restaurant. The unit could be a little cleaner - partially expected with people coming in from the beach/pool all the time, but the furniture covers smelled and rugs need a deep clean. Beds and bathrooms were super clean. There was brand new patio furniture when we arrived as well. Tons of toys and beach equipment in the garage. Was nice to have a real garage for the cars too. Kitchen appliances were well stocked too. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros and Cons..you choose what’s important to you

Pros. Bella Sirena is an amazing resort located in front of a family friendly beach. Villa 13 has the best view of the ocean compared to the other 3 room villas. Host has very few and easy to follow guest rules. Cons. I don’t know much about the owner/manager/staff working situation but there seem to be lots of miscommunication that resulted in some negative feedback. I had a difficult time getting my questions answered when I communicate with them. No guest book with passcodes for the garage or gym. That’s mainly why I wanted to reach them. Limited supply of toilet paper and trash bags. Broken outdoor shower. Some other maintenance issues. Broken ice machine. No dishwasher machine soap. No chlorine tabs in hot tub. No TV in second bedroom as it was initially advertised when I booked the villa. All minor things that could easily be fixed but are annoying when you are on vacation. I have stayed at other villas at that location and yes stuff happens in between guests but usually felt the host tried their best to provide all the comfort items and make it an exceptional experience. Next time I thing I will stay at the other villas and skip this one.

Beautiful Home

This gorgeous home in Puerto Penasco is the perfect getaway. From the stunning views and just a short walk down to the ocean to the spacious and comfortable rooms, this home had everything we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary amenities, and the large outdoor terrace was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, and they made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing escape.

This place is just as advertised! So close to the beach and the resort pool. All the beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy. My only disappointment was that the SpikeBall game had no ball with it so we couldn’t play it.
