Gorgeous private pool (Pool heated on demand) with waterfall for you and your family or friends. Private arcade. BBQ area built for a chef. Lounge by the pool, create an outdoor dinner party full of memories, or hire an in town chef to cook for you. This extra especial house offers complete “celebrity like” privacy in the middle of town, only 5-7 minutes from the nearest beach.  
  
Room for 16 people: offering 9 beds total (room with two bunk beds+ 2 queen size beds) and a private king size bedroom for the boss. Much more than a man cave, offering an experience with, wait for it: pool table, soccer table, indoor basketball game, roulette table, ping pong table, nerf gun wall, laser tag and an amazing arcade with 4 arcade games. Fully equipped indoor kitchen, 3 full bathrooms and bar area. Spend the day at the beach and come back to your own private oasis and game night. Truly a a hidden gem with something for everyone. Right down the street is a grocery store, and 5 minutes from restaurants and Sam’s club. POOL HEATING INFORMATION   
  
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee, which covers energy costs and compensates our maintenance person. To ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature, please let us know at least 2 days before your arrival. It takes a minimum of 48 hours to heat the pool properly.  
  
Our maintenance person will stop by every morning and evening to cover and uncover the pool, helping it maintain a maximum temperature of 86°F.  
  
If you’d like to add pool heating to your stay or have any questions, feel free to reach out!
