The resort has 4 swimming pools, swim up bar, restaurant, Sky Bar Rooftop Lounge, beautiful walking paths, beach volleyball, putting greens, and community BBQ grills. The resort is located smack in the middle of the most popular tourist area in the entire town called "Sandy Beach" with many restaurants, nightclubs and shops within walking distance. The Space: The balcony is everyones favorite part of the condo for enjoying views, and ocean breezes! This condo has a nice big kitchen and open space to the dining room and living room. Comfortable seating for all the guests, and a nice TV area. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and have nice window coverings. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The Neighborhood: Puerto Penasco, also known as Rocky Point, is a charming seaside town located in the northern part of the Mexican state of Sonora. The town is well-known for its beautiful sandy beaches that stretch along the Sea of Cortez. The beaches in Puerto Penasco offer visitors a diverse range of experiences, from secluded coves perfect for a romantic getaway, to lively beaches teeming with activity. Sandy Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Puerto Penasco. It is a long stretch of soft white sand that slopes gently into the sea, providing an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming. The beach offers a range of activities, including jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides. Visitors can also take a leisurely stroll along the beach, play beach volleyball, or simply relax in the sun. In addition to its beautiful beaches, Puerto Penasco offers a variety of dining and entertainment options, as well as plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding natural beauty. The ocean view from this property is incredible and the grounds are nicely maintained. The condo is nice and came with everything we needed for our getaway.
