Other villa occupants were courteous. Overall very quiet and not crowded. If you want to go out for dinner often it might not be for you given its overall location. However, the Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina is just a 10 min walk down the beach. We ate there twice and both meals were excellent and surprisingly affordable. Cellphone service was spotty but available.
