Located in the prime tourist destination right in the middle of Sandy Beach. The resort is packed with all the amenities you need, 3 swimming pools, a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 nice restaurants, a fabulous resort spa, fitness center, tennis court, convenience store, and BBQ grilling areas. We also offer free EV chargers for guest use. This is a vacation destination that will please everyone. The Space: The condo has one bedroom and one full bathroom. The condo has an ocean balcony with seating to enjoy the ocean breeze, the views and some vacation drinks! There is a second balcony is near the kitchen with resort views, its a small Romeo and Juliet balcony. The bedroom has a King size bed for your comfort, and the condo also offers a sleeping area in the living room with a queen size sofa futon and an additional twin size trundle bed. The full bathroom features a separate sink area and a full tub and shower. The great room is large with awesome views of the ocean, a full size living room and a big kitchen complete with everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals. May 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Not all that was expected For what we payed we felt we were taken for, For one they have to many rules and regulations, it was quite boring to be honest, you felt to much pressure and couldn't enjoy the pool area. You were unable to swim in front of the resort because it was roped off for jet skies. My room was nice but bed the was so hard and moved around the floor when adjusting yourself, their was plastic under the bed spread. The couch was a hide a bed and you sat on metal bars if you used it as a couch. Their was only two plugs to plug your electronics into and they were on each side of the stove area and no other plugs what so ever in the living room, The living room lamp had no plug to work it,and the bedroom had only two plugs to work with. The stove didn't work on the big burner and so we used the small burner so we didn't cook anything.The dish washer also didn't work, The shower shifted from cold to hot over and over, the tub was three foot high and getting in for a shower was difficult and dangerous. Their was no screen door for the patio door. All in all we went out to eat which we were trying to avoiding this was the reason for the kitchen but couldn't use it. We went to other beaches to enjoy the beach because we were unable to use the beach for jet ski purposes. So other than the great security we had we didn't get a happy vacation, we feel that an explanation is warranted. ##### Martin C. Stayed 4 nights in May 2025
