 Set on the coast just a few miles beyond Rocky Point, this condo brings you sweeping ocean vistas from the privacy of your spacious shaded terrace. Lounge on double recliners, or sit back with friends on the intimate seating space. Sliding door access brings the ocean environment inside, with one access from the living room, the others directly for the bedrooms.  
  
 The unit is built around a central room with the living room, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen starts with a large counter set with bar stools. The complete appliances and cookware make this perfect for meal preparation. Attached to the kitchen is the utility room, with its washer and dryer.  
  
 Two comfortable sofas, and an upholstered chair provide the living room seating. Both bedrooms present King beds, patio access, and walk in closets. Both bathrooms have a glass enclosed, marbled shower stall, along wit a vanity with custom sink and mirror.  
  
 Hear the waves and sea birds call to you on the spacious patio. You will find a low table and sofa seating spot, two chairs and table, along with recliners outside of the master bedroom door.
