Welcome to this stunning condo on the 14th floor of building C, down the hall from a 3600 sq. ft. gym. This newly completed, fully furnished condo at Esmeralda Beach Resort in Puerto Peñasco comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 king beds and a queen-set bunk bed. This is a fully furnished condo that provides magnificent ocean views and is equipped with all the necessities needed for an amazing stay. The spacious kitchen and dining area, cozy bedrooms, and inviting patio provide luxurious comfort and relaxation for families and friends.  
The Esmeralda Beach Resort boasts a modern design with blue glass windows that reflect the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, three nearby golf courses, and a beachfront that provides the perfect place to swim, paddleboard, build sandcastles or lay out and relax. When the tide is out in the morning and evening you will want to walk the beach to see the spectacular sunrise and sunset!  
Enjoy the newly added heated pool in the resort's common areas, perfect for year-round relaxation.  
  
OCCUPANCY: Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the property of any kind.
