Jun 28, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in Disliked: Location #### Disappointing stay We often stay at Las Palamos and wanted to try phase 3\. While a beautiful condo, it was clear that many appliances have not been installed correctly or working properly. The oven interior hinges were not installed and the oven would not warm up. We contacted the owner and the front office and had maintenance come. They were unable to fix it. After my partner finished installing the oven it turned on. This should have been done prior to renting it out. Also the thermostat is set to 70 at the lowest and locked. We reached out and asked for it to be unlocked and were told by the own it is not locked. The thermostats were super bright at night, lighting up the whole room which made it difficult to sleep. Lastly, the balcony has a large black knee wall, limiting how close to the balcony you can be and blocking the view. Usually we spend a lot of time on the balcony but didn’t this time because it had a very confined feeling. If I put don’t cook, don’t use the balcony - it would be a fine place to stay, but because of these factors I would not recommend. ##### Abigail B. Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2025
