It has a great open-concept design, with an amazing kitchen and living room. The only downside is that it doesn't have a washer and dryer. Additionally, a few beach chairs and an umbrella would be a nice touch for guests to take to the beach. Otherwise, the company and owner were amazing—communication was excellent.
