You’ll love my place because of the Coziness, Beautiful Ocean Views from the second story balcony and the comfy beds. The Balcony upstairs has plenty of sitting area for a barbeque day and at night perfect for stargazing. Upstairs grill is charcoal and downstairs grill is propane. This home has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The upstairs has two separate Master Suite with King beds in each room, private bathrooms and balcony. There were a few glitches from the very beginning of our stay with the WIFI and access to getting into the house but the owner and his caretaker were very diligent in making every attempt possible to solve the problems. The home was very accommodating and very comfortable for the 6 adults and 4 kids. The beds were comfortable and the location was very close to the beach and JJ's Cantina as well as other great food options. The view from the master bedroom early in the morning is absolutely stunning and will be great to see again in the future. ##### Brett M. We rented this house with 6 adults very comfortable we spent most of our time on the rooftop patio awesome breezes.
