Bella's lush surroundings offer a garden stroll to the Sea of Cortez and 5 swimming pools, including a swim up pool bar, 2 hot tubs, & gym on site. Centrally located within the Sandy Beach community and close to the famous Bandito's & Wrecked at the Reef Restaurants. This corner unit condo boasts an extra large private balcony and 2 bedroom both with King beds and balcony access. There is a full kitchen for preparing home cooked meals or making frozen cocktails to enjoy on the balcony. There is also a Queen air mattress and fold out cot in the unit for the kids. Parking is free for guests. Wrist bands provided at check in. Guest have access to all of Bella Sirena Resorts amenities including 4 swimming pools, Swim Up Lounge & Grill, gym, tennis court, putting green, and the beach. Guest wrist bands available at the gate. Smart Lock condo check in. Resort staff is available to answer resort property questions. A host is always available to answer other questions you may have, simply send a message through AirBNB. Coming from the US, you need to get to Lukeville AZ. Lukeville is on the border between USA and Mexico, once you cross the border, you will be in Sonoyta, Mexico. Continue on the main road and follow the signs to Puerto Peñasco. You will then be on Highway 8. When you get to Rocky Point or Puerto Peñasco, go over the new bridge and turn right at the first stoplight on Samuel Ocaña Avenue. Keep on this road past the railroad tracks, keep going past Pemex at the roundabout and exit to your right, you'll soon see an arch welcoming you to Sandy Beach Resorts. Go right at the first exit of the roundabout. Continue passed the first street on the left and turn into the next resort. Go immediately to the left of the gate, before entering. The HOA/Check in desk is located there. The staff will provide you with wristbands and a car tag to be used during your stay. Staff will provide directions to the condo but will not have the door code. The door code will be provided by us in your check in instructions 1 day before you arrival. Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage. CONDO RULES & REGULATIONS No smoking or vaping. No pets. Please keep the windows and patio doors closed when using the AC or heat. Quiet hours at Bella Sirena are 9 pm to 9 am. Check-out is at 11 AM. Lock the doors and start planning your next trip! BELLA SIRENA RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS "Zero Tolerance" rules and regulation policy and failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate removal from the property. Bella Sirena reserves the right to remove guests from the property at any time. We strongly advise you to read the entire rules and regulations list. The "trash rooms" are located by the elevator on every floor. • NO PETS • Drugs and explosive, hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials are prohibited on property • NO SMOKING OR VAPING. SMOKING AND VAPING ARE ILLEGAL IN MEXICO. • ATVs, skateboards, scooters, drones etc. cannot be used on the property. Your ATV must be parked in the office parking lot • All vehicles at the complex must have a current parking pass. • No glass at the pool. Coolers are only allowed in the lower pool near the beach and the side pools. • Proper swim attire for adults and swimming diapers are required for babies at any pool. • No diving or running around the pool areas and children should be under the supervision of an adult. • Noise and foul language are never acceptable. • Rental agency and HOA wristbands must be worn at all times. They will be issued by the Security Guards at the entrance or from the office outside the gates. • No outside guests. Only registered guests up to the occupancy limit are allowed. • Dry off before entering the gym. It was well stocked with the basic necessities, it was comfortable, and it was clean. My only suggestion would be to update the TV's as we are a family that likes to watch sports, or a show together when we come back to the condo to relax. Smart TVs would be a huge upgrade. Most necessities were provided except for paper towels and a Dish cloth. TV channels are very limited but maybe we were supposed to stream TV? The AC is locked and not able to be set lower than 72\. That was difficult for me at night because the master bedroom was too warm. Master shower was near impossible to shower due to the inadequate water flow. Other shower head has decent water flow. However, there were a few issues that prevented a five-star rating: low flow in showers, odor in the guest shower, and the dryer vented into the laundry room. In addition, the main TV is a Fire TV so one has to log in to something else such as Netflix to watch anything. Of course, we didn't travel to Mexico to watch TV, so that was just an inconvenience. There are TVs in the bedrooms but they get no reception. There were other sundry issues that were also inconvenient but not needle movers. We love staying at Bella Sirena and the price was reasonable. If the low-flow showers, the odor in the guest shower, and the dryer venting issue are resolved, and the price stays reasonable, then this is a good rental. If not, then we would not stay in D501 again. You'll want to contact to host to determine if the issues were resolved. ##### Maria L.
