IMPECCABLE, quiet, PRIVATE! If you are the kind of person that likes spend your vacation in a place that is spotlessly clean and meticulously cared for, a home that sits beachfront on a pristine sandy beach, a magical place where the sea comes right up to the seawall during much of the lunar cycle, a rental property where the owners are very responsive to your needs and most of all, a place that feels like your home away from home, then this is the rental home for you. Casa Ciao was designed to be your tranquil oasis! The casita is decorated in the colors of the sun, sand and sea. Everything is clean, modern and kept and in impeccable condition. The cabinets and furniture were locally made which gives the house an authentic Mexican feel. Casa Ciao is quiet, calm, serene and literally just a dozen or so steps down to the beach. You will be treated to gorgeous ocean views from every room. The terraces are some of the closest to the water and beach in all of Las Conchas. When the windows are open, the soothing sounds of the ocean fill the home. The tides in section 9 of Las Conchas fluctuate greatly depending upon the lunar cycle. During the very highest of tides, the water comes right up to the sea wall and for a few hours, you feel like you are standing on the back of a ship looking out at sea. If you are lucky enough to experience an extremely high tide on a very windy day, you will be treated to an amazing, one of a kind splash show over the lower terrace wall. During an extremely low tide, you can walk out approximately 900 feet to explore the coral reefs. On most days, the tides fall somewhere in the middle of those two extremes. Casa Ciao is located in the residential, guard patrolled community of Las Conchas and has 24 security. It is located in section 9 which is close to the end of the community where the beaches are quiet and there is not a lot of street or vendor traffic. It also has pristine, sandy beaches instead of the rocky beaches that Rocky Point is known for. Casita Carino is also located very close to the estuary which is a great place to bird watch, look for shells, go fishing and just explore. Casa Ciao has two bedrooms which are both master suites. Each has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, high quality bedding, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan and reading lights. In addition, each bedroom has an ocean view with sliding glass doors that lead to the upper terrace as well as an Ensuite bathroom with shower and closet. Bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps are provided. The living space has a 65" smart TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat and a locally made dining table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, margarita machine, microwave, coffee makers (traditional filter type and K-cup), blender and a Brita water filtration pitcher. There are two beachfront terrace levels that both have gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The terraces sit high above beach level for added privacy. The upper terrace has a propane grill with 4 chaise lounges, 2 chairs and an outdoor dining table with benches. There is also a lower terrace that has a private beach area where you can relax in the sand and your children can play safely while still being on the property. The lower terrace also has a fire pit, double hammock, shade structure, 4 Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. While out on the terraces, you will be treated to unobstructed views of Rocky Point's spectacular sunsets! At night, the show of stars in the sky is absolutely breathtaking! We have also added all the little details and special touches that will make this feel like your home away from home. My spouse and I and 2 of our friends rented this property recently for a 3 day weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time. Not only was the place beautiful and clean and a wonderful location on the quiet beach of Los Conchas, our hostess Alana was incredibly accommodating! She had a welcome gift for us upon arrival, and a print out of all available services during our stay, which were many. We brought our own paddleboards, and were able to paddle out directly from the property beach each morning with ease... we even got to paddle alongside passing dolphins one morning! We were able to walk to the estuary, and could eat at the local oyster farm attached. Alana is very prompt with communication responses and very kind. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a more quiet, relaxed part of Rocky Point. What our hosts didnt know is that my spouse had just lost his father one week before, and we were coming to celebrate Dia De Los Muertos, so this was an especially sensitive time for us. All furnishings were fully updated and the patio is a great place to have coffee in the mornings and a margarita in the evenings.
