« All of the things that made this place special 7 years ago on our honeymoon (now under new ownership) are still present today. This is our favorite boutique, intimate resort in the area. The hospitality is unmatched anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and the remodeled bathrooms were a big plus. There are excellent food options for all 3 meals and no reservations are required. The exclusive diamond club bar and restaurant (Qin Qin) were well worth the upgrade. We could go on... but in short -...

« From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this...

« Il y a plusieurs piscines, nous avions pris une suite Diamond et la section Diamond était plus tranquille. Le personnel est très gentil, bonne nourriture et beaucoup de restaurants. Le site est très propre, les activités amusantes, beau et grand gym. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. »

« The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily. »

« We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Chambre très propre et bien entretenu chaque jour (durée du séjour 11 jours). Les piscines sont un peu abîmé. Par contre la plage est inexistante. Une toute petite partie devant l hôtel mais on ne peut pas se baigner car l'eau et marron avec des résidus de sargasse. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le club enfant est parfait. Beaucoup d'activité proposé mais l'endroit reste calme. Le gros point négatif, très éloigné de la route, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou un uber pour faire le moindre déplacement, impossible de se déplacer à pied, la route n'est pas terminé et c'est très dangeureux. "
