"Had a great time at the Excellence Riviera! The food was great, the staff was great, and rooms and amenities were great! We had to leave a few days early due to an emergency, and the hotel was more than willing to work with us and refunded us the nights we could not use. 5 stars all around!"

"Breathless is absolutely stunning! The staff is amazing. I loved staying at this resort! The swim out with the ocean view was worth every penny! The hibachi is by far the best food at this resort every thing else we had was just okay. "

"We got a last minute deal to Dreams Sapphire and were so happy with our stay. Rooms were perfect, mini bar was great and stocked, resort food was very very good - perhaps one of the better we have ever had. We got a taxi into Playa Del Carmen one day and were helped by the VIP table. Ubers are not really a thing so its kinda expensive but fun for a day. Beach was taken care of, pool had alot of fun and lots of waiters, restuarants were awesome. We only waited one night and knew we would so had a salad at the buffet before. Overall- we would be back easily. "
