Enjoy 2 sleeping units (King, bunk) and 2 full bathrooms, plus a premium kitchen. The building features a beachfront infinity pool, a rooftop with a sun deck, and 24/7 security. A serene gem, with self check-in and dedicated guest assistance. Exclusivity and guaranteed comfort.  
  
Designed for families demanding exclusivity and comfort, our apartment is a Modern Coastal-style residence with spectacular ocean views from its perimeter terrace. High-Level Distribution:  
  
Primary Suite: King Size bed, walk-in closet, and private luxury bathroom.  
  
Secondary Bedroom: Bunk bed with an upper twin and lower double bed, closet, and full bathroom with double access (bedroom and hallway/guest access).  
  
Essential Equipment: The main kitchen is high-end, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a complete set of utensils, ready for any culinary creation. The space also includes central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, and Smart TV in the living room.  
  
Check-in: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am. Due to the exclusive nature of the building and to comply with security protocols, it is MANDATORY for all guests to fill out a pre-registration form after booking. Official government IDs (ID's) will be requested for all adult guests. For Mexican minors, a copy of their CURP (official population registry) will be required for registration. It is important to complete this process in advance to ensure smooth access. Please strictly respect the maximum capacity of 6 people.  
  
To ensure harmony within our exclusive community, we strictly require adherence to the following rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior areas of the apartment, including the perimeter terrace. Pets are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are mandatory from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. This building maintains very strict noise policies; any violation of these rules resulting in complaints or disturbances may lead to penalties and fines imposed directly on the guest by the condo administration. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 people. Parties or events are prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
