Perfect to rest, away from the stress of the city but only 25 minutes from the hotel zone of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. It has 3 bedrooms, the main one with private bathroom and a king size bed, the second with a queen bed and the 3rd with a bunk bed with a double bed and a single bed. Very Clean, nicely updated big rooms, great beds. Kitchen needs some minor work and more dishes and bake wear. Need wash cloths. Washer/Dryer combo was a big plus! Pool was great but no where to lounge and surrounded by gravel. That was a disappointment. Back area needed maintained, trees blocking shower and path. Information book needed to be a little more knowledgeable with how things work in the residential area. If leaving daily, rent a car. I would recommend, but I would not stay again due to my issues with the pool area and transportation issues with Taxi not being able to locate us.
