Beautiful place, for a Quiet and Peaceful vacation!! Delicious gourmet food!!

The property itself is beautiful. It’s peaceful, well-kept, and it truly matches the photos online. Unfortunately, the service completely let the experience down. From the start, the attention and assistance were minimal at best. We were told they couldn’t make drinks despite having a full bar, and couldn’t make frappes or cappuccinos despite having them listed on the menu. When we asked about breakfast, we were given excuses about why it wasn’t available, only for breakfast to suddenly appear once more guests began checking in. That set the tone for what followed. As more guests arrived, the treatment noticeably shifted. We weren’t given the level of care or attention that should come with a stay like this. We asked for the pool to be cleaned, and it only got done once other guests started arriving, not when we asked. I don’t normally write reviews, especially not ones this long, but this treatment felt unfair and needs to be said. I never got the name of the staff member responsible, but she needs proper training in customer service. Guests paying for a luxury experience deserve to be treated like it, regardless of when they check in.

Hotel was super clean, cute, and in the perfect location! 🩷 It was right in the middle of everything—bars, restaurants, and the beach, which made it so easy to get around. The staff was absolutely amazing, super attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. 😊 I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 ✨
