"We read reviews on this place re:their unfriendliness, & after staying here, we found these reviews to be true. The staff is not friendly! The staff in the restaurant/bar are not only unfriendly, but they made us feel uncomfortable. They would look at us & whisper amongst themselves & laugh all while looking at us. So uncomfortable! Front desk staff were barely friendly. Based on the rude, unfriendly & somewhat condescending attitude from the staff, we would not stay here again. "

"The AC wasn't working very well and a staff member fixed it right away! The mattress was a little too hard but overall we had a wonderful stay. It was very relaxing lounging at the pool and hearing the waves from the ocean in the background. Will definitely stay again."

"The property, location and staff were all wonderful! Right on the beach, so few rooms with 2 pools and never more than 2 people in the pool. The little bar and restaurant were always delivering quality drinks and food. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a block. The beach is beautiful and the water reminds you that Mother Nature is in charge! Stay here. "

"BEST part about our trip was staying here. Obviously it’s a beautiful hotel but more so the staff made it worth every penny. The girls in the front were super sweet and attentive. I needed a scooter they organized the rental for me, later that night at 9pm I had driven the scooter to dinner and realized it was in poor condition, I messaged the front desk on WhatsApp, by the time I had returned from dinner a new scooter was waiting for me, as they had dealt with the company and had them come by to replace the scooter. To add to that, the reason I needed the scooter was to go to a early tour the next morning, and they left two towels for me at reception- just really showing that they go the extra mile and I never asked them too to do that. Overall every single member of their team made me feel like I was cared for and that it was a pleasure to provide the service. You can’t really ask for more. Thank you for making my stay amazing. I greatly appreciate it. "
