"Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. "We loved the hotel, its location, our room decor and the breakfast. Only thing we would say tarnished the stay was that we checked out on my birthday. The booking was in my name via hotels.com and even put it on the special requests to make sure the hotel knew and we didn’t even get so much as an acknowledgement of choosing to stay at your hotel for 3 nights for my birthday. Sad that the human touch was missed there by staff at all touch points throughout the stay."
