Penthouse in Puerto de la Cruz with panoramic views, private pool and jacuzzi, located in one of the TOP's residential complex with total security in the most desirable area of the Botanical Hotel and Gardens, just minutes from multiple services. Its orientation provides the best views of Teide and allows you to enjoy many hours of light and warmth from the sun.  
  
Well-equipped penthouse with a large roof terrace - approx. 225m² living space and 129m² terraces, private rooftop pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and solarium area, underground parking space for 2 large cars and community pool and gardens. 3 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a WC and shower at the top roof terrace.  
  
The penthouse is located in a residential complex with a lift and 360-degree views of the Orotava Valley, Teide and the sea in Puerto de la Cruz. In just a few meters you can reach all facilities, restaurants and leisure activities in this green and varied port city in the north-west of Tenerife.  
  
Living room with TV with international channels and independent fitted kitchen, equipped with top quality appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven and extractor hood. Onsite, secured, gated, garaged parking for 2 vehicles.   
  
Eternal spring in the green north of Tenerife at the foot of the Teide to see, discover and experience. Sandy beaches and cliffs alternate at the sea. Directly below the penthouse you can reach the Martianez bathing area in a few minutes - or you can enjoy the private or community pool on site.  
  
Puerto de la Cruz invites you to a variety of activities. There are relaxing hiking trails on the slopes of Mount Teide. Whether hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, swimming, diving, tennis, paragliding and much more - there is something for every taste.  
  
The swimming pool and the gardens of the building in combination with the ample space, make this apartment a totally pleasant and comfortable stay to disconnect and share with family or friends.  
  
The apartment is rented fully equipped with bedding, towels and items necessary for use and enjoyment during the holidays.  
  
We have extra beds or cots for babies.The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 7 persons including children.  
We have high-speed wi-fi connection with full coverage throughout the apartment and a small workspace with a desk and chair.  
  
It is ideal in terms of space and location and is focused on family vacations and groups seeking tranquility and comfort, in one of the best and most privileged areas of Puerto de la Cruz. Residential complex with total security in the most desired area of the Botanical Garden, multiple services all around. It is located in the most comfortable area of the Botánico, with a nearby shopping center and supermarket, bars and restaurants, medical and sports centers, language schools, pharmacies, banks, sports clubs, hotels, spas and a bus stop. Ease of access to the downtown area of the city just 15 minutes walking.
